Description of the accommodation

On the borders of Grande Lande and Chalosse, come and stay in Pays Turusate, 1 hour from the beaches. Here you will discover very contrasting landscapes, separated by the Midouze, a tributary of the Adour, pine forests on one side, hilly landscapes on the other.
You will enjoy many outdoor activities on land - hiking, cycling and horse riding, on the water - canoeing and kayaking, and you can indulge in fishing at the private lake on site.
Here, you will appreciate the calm of the countryside, with family, friends, for a week or a short stay throughout the year.
The Madroles gîte, adjoining the owner's, is fitted out on the ground floor and first floor and offers you a separate kitchen fitted with fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, 4 gas burners, electric oven. An American fridge is available in the laundry room, also housing the washing machine. A spacious living room with a lounge area with corner sofa and TV corner and a large table for your meals. The sleeping area is upstairs with 3 bedrooms 2 beds 140 and 2 beds 90. For your comfort, a bathroom with Italian shower and double sink on the ground floor, and upstairs a bathroom with shower cubicle, 1 sink and 1 toilet. A second toilet on the ground floor.
For your comfort, the cottage offers reversible air conditioning in each room, sheets and linens are included.
The exterior provides you with a large common land with the owner, not delimited, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for your grills. 50 meters from the cottage, you will discover the lake, for a pleasant walk or for a fishing trip, think about your fishing rods! And if you like animals, you will go and greet the little goats and your pet will be welcome.
Here you will be welcomed with warmth and simplicity. A destination for your holidays, rich in traditions, gourmet dishes and local folklore.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
