positive comment: Wir waren im Herbst da, die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Familien mit Kindern. Man hat Sicht zum Strand und kann die Terrasse gut zum Essen nutzen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll mediterran, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet zum Kochen. Es gibt zwei Schlüssel für die Wohnung, die Übergabe per Schlüsselsafe ist sehr gut gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. negative comment: Es fehlt eine Willkommensinfo mit den nötigsten Angaben für Arzt, Müllentsorgung etc. Die Matratzen müssen dringend erneuert werden, leider haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen. Mülltrennungsboxen wären gut, ein Hinweis wo die nächsten Mülltonnen sind wäre ebenfalls praktisch. Die Kommunikation und Kautionszahlung sollte nur über die Booking.com Plattform laufen, da der Mieter durch separate Zahlungsaufforderungen per mail nur verwirrt wird und die Echtheit zweifelhaft ist (Hacker, Spam).
