Terraced house with fantastic sea views, private terrace and communal pool,
located in the private residential area of Cala Nostra, just 400 meters from
the beautiful cove of Aigua Gelida and 2 kms from the beach of Tamariu.
Cala Nostra is a residential area of white terraced houses, situated in a
quiet and privileged location, very close to one of the most beautiful coves on
the Costa Brava, the cove of Aigua Gelida. It has a large community area with
three swimming pools, three tennis courts lit up at night, a children's
playground and a large garden with lawned area and pine trees. Surveillance and
concierge service all year [hidden] is the ideal place to spend a magnificent
holiday on the beach, with activities and fun for the whole family.
Cala Nostra - Roca Rosa has a large and bright dining room with a beautiful
view of the sea, from which you can access the terrace, where you can relax and
enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean landscape and listen to the sound of the sea.
Separate kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. Washing
machine. Ground floor shower room. Upstairs there is a double suite, which
includes a bathroom with a shower and sea view, two double rooms (one of them
