Fantastic newly constructed villa with private pool, located in Aigua Gelida, a
privileged corner of the Costa Brava, only 500 meters from the beach of
Tamariu. Enjoy the wonderful swimming pool surrounded by grass and the
beautiful garden, where you can cool down and sunbathe in total privacy. Easy
access to the beach and the center of the village via public steps located just
in front of the house. The villa is distributed over two floors: The ground
floor has a very bright and comfortable living room with TV and fireplace,
which has direct access to the terrace and the garden and pool area. Modern
fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble
dryer) with an exit leading out to the terrace with gas barbacue. On the same
floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor is
divided into two wings: on the left wing we find a double suite, which
incorporates a bathroom with shower and bathtub and has a private terrace with
