The cycle path 200m away allows you to reach Lake Léon or for the bravest, the beach. And here, in addition, you can enjoy a relaxing and lazy break with the heated swimming pool on site (open from May to September depending on the weather to be shared with the owners). A pleasant and functional holiday rental to discover in all seasons and which can also appeal to a clientele of spa guests. The chalet is composed of: a living room with equipped kitchen area (washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer, combined oven grill microwave), lounge area (flat screen TV), electric heating. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
