This cottage is accessible to people with disabilities. Tourism and Handicap label obtained for mental and hearing disabilities. Built on one level, it includes a fitted kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, freezer. Living room (TV, restricted telephone), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), 2 shower rooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 Italian shower and toilet), storeroom with washing machine, dressing room. Baby equipment available (changing table, high chair and small wooden bed with bars). Covered terrace 15 m². Private land 1000 m² not enclosed. Garden furniture, fixed barbecue, swing. Located in the village, near Dax. On owner's land 6000 m². For more than one animal, please contact us.

The price includes: 8 kWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Any excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
