Two terraces
There are two private sun-filled terraces to enjoy.
The barbecue terrace (south-east facing) has a kitchenette with traditional Canary barbecue, a picnic bench with seating and a sunbathing area with two sun loungers.
The front terrace (south-west facing) has a dining table with 6 chairs and two round seats β perfect for enjoying an evening drink and watching the sunset to the west.
Principal bedroom
There is a double bed (150 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and built-in storage to hang your clothes and store your belongings. There is a door that leads to the terrace.
En-suite bathroom
The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet.
Second bedroom
The stylishly decorated second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a bedside table and built-in wardrobes.
Third bedroom
The third bedroom has a single bed with an additional single bed that pulls out for a sixth guest. There is a wardrobe and a door that leads to the terrace.
You will find plenty of wardrobe space in all bedrooms for hanging your clothes to make yourself feel at home.
All bedrooms also have exterior blackout blinds so you can sleep in or take an afternoon nap (perfect for your baby or toddlerβs nap, too!) and portable fans.
Bathroom
The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower over the bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Check-in / check-out
Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we offer digital key access via your smartphone. This means that you won't have to worry about coordinating a time to meet with us to enter the apartment. Once you arrive, simply use the digital key to access the apartment. You will also find a set of physical keys inside the apartment for your convenience.
Online check-in before arrival
In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.
Towels, linen and professional cleaning
We take pride in ensuring that the apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.
We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.
We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
Mid-stay cleaning
If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at β¬15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Parking
Private garage parking is available inside the apartment building for your convenience.
Families
We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for β¬30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Remote working
If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at β¬30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.
