Description of the accommodation

The cottage is adjoining the owners' house but not overlooked (and separated by the barn), part of the garden is reserved for the occupants of the cottage with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. On the other side of the road you have free access to another plot of land which benefits from a stream by which you can relax.

The cottage has been designed with great taste: living room with open kitchen, TV, wifi, board games and books; a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 overlooking a quiet street, a bathroom (shower) with toilet, and washing machine. The owner exhibits her paintings there which you can also buy.

The cottage is all-inclusive: bed linen with bed made on arrival, towels, kitchen linen, heating and electricity (subject to reasonable consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included (provided that the cottage is left in good condition).

Walking circuits on site around the wash houses and artisanal soap factory on site. 40 minutes from Guédelon and the Château de Saint Fargeau, 10 minutes from the Pouilly Fumé vineyard, the Loire (by bike, by canoe), shops. 25 minutes from the Sancerre vineyard.
