Gîte of 150m² (ground floor & first floor), opening onto the bright living room with TV / relaxation lounges, with direct access to the terraces and a pellet stove (on request 15kg bag of pellets: €8). The independent kitchen opens onto the dining room. On this level, there is the laundry area and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms are fitted out: the Ethnic room with 2 90 cm beds, the Marine room with 2 90 cm beds, and the Blue Family room with 1 160 cm bed with a children's area with bed and games & a shower area with sink. On this level, there is a quiet area with library and a bathroom (double sink, shower, toilet). On the 2nd level, the 4th Coconning bedroom is nicely furnished with a 160 bed. Between the Loire and the Rhône, river and fields, discover this peaceful place for a rejuvenating holiday where you can enjoy nature thanks to the private grounds of over 700m² with the garden opening onto the countryside, the beautiful wooden terraces with garden furniture, the pretty gravelled courtyard, the hikes starting from the gîte, ...
