Near the Lac du Bourdon and the Boutissaint Animal Park, single-storey gîte located in the owner's park comprising a large living room with kitchen open to living room and lounge with wood stove, table football and 107cm flat screen television, CD radio. 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90X190 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90X190 beds. Baby equipment (high chair, baby bed, baby plate and cutlery, potty, child's bath). Shower room including toilet, thermostatic shower. Beds are made on arrival and sheets and towels are provided. Heating is included. Free wood. Ping-pong table. Terrace and electrically fenced garden to accommodate horses. Nearby: Guédelon, a construction site that is resuming the construction of a fortified castle using medieval techniques, the Château de Saint-Fargeau and its historic sound and light show in July and August, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye and its pottery, not to mention the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre.
