Access to the cottage will be via an external staircase with stone steps and will give you access to the 1st level to a living room composed of an equipped kitchen area, a dining area, a double bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a bathroom with shower/sink and a separate toilet. On the 2nd level, a master bedroom composed of a double bed (1 bed 140x190) and a private bathroom, a separate toilet, a bright living room with a sofa bed opening onto a balcony equipped with a small table with chairs. Outside: a gravel courtyard, a covered patio with garden furniture and barbecue, parking and green spaces in the form of landings are at your disposal. Household linen provided. In addition: heating and electricity (5/10 € per day depending on the season). sheets (10 €/bed), wood (4 €/day). Small pets are allowed on request to the owner (15€/stay for large dogs). A cellar tour can be offered on request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar sur Aube and 45 km from Troyes, cottage adjoining another cottage for 6 people located in an old annex of the Château de Spoy in local stone renovated into a cottage that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The charm of the old has been preserved with the exposed stones, beams and framework.
