Description of the accommodation

Access to the gîte will be via an exterior staircase and will give you access on the 1st level to a living room consisting of an equipped kitchen area and a dining area, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 2nd level, you will have a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a private bathroom, a separate toilet, a pleasant bright living room opening onto a 10 meter2 loggia with a view of the village and the hills. Outside: an enclosed courtyard and parking are at your disposal. At the back of the house on the hillside, a very quiet patio with barbecue, dining and relaxation area awaits you. Linen will be provided. Heating and electricity are extra (€5/10 per day depending on season). Sheets are extra. Small animals are allowed on request from the owner (15€/stay for large dogs). A cellar visit can be offered to you on request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar sur Aube and 45 km from Troyes, former annex of the Château de Spoy in local stone renovated into a gîte adjoining two other gîtes which can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The exposed stones, beams and old framework will delight lovers of traditional champagne houses.
