Description of the accommodation

A few kilometers from Bèze (one of the most beautiful medieval villages in the department), this detached, single-story gîte adjoins the owners' house. This is a non-smoking gîte.
Kitchenette in the living room/lounge with sofa bed. 1 bedroom with two twin beds (90 cm). Shower room with toilet. Central heating included.

Baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, changing mat, and child's bath.

Pretty, unfenced, flower-filled 80 m² garden. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Arc-sur-Tille 15 km away: supervised swimming in summer, equipped beach, canoeing, fishing, etc. Nearby: caves of Bèze, Is-sur-Tille, Fontaine-Française, Arcelot, etc. 18 km from Dijon.

Charges and extras:

Bed linens: €7 for a single bed - €14 for a double bed (sofa bed) - €15 for two twin beds (90 cm)

End-of-stay cleaning: €40

Towels: €5 per person per stay
