Located in a quiet area, close to the centre of Soustons, with the cycle path 200m away, this independent holiday rental (located in a 1000m² enclosed property with the owner's home and another small gîte), is fitted out on one level and consists of a living room (2-seater sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD, WIFI), a kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a bathroom with shower, a toilet. A private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and electric barbecue extends the indoor living space. Out of season, electric heating is included. We thank you for bringing your sheets, towels and household linen. Parking is in the dead end in front of the property.
