Here you are in the countryside, the very pleasant neighborhood of Soustons, located between forest and fields. The Gemmeur cottage is the first cottage that we created. By restoring it, we wanted to give it back its character of a beautiful Landes house. We await you on our old farm, for a stay during which we will be happy to guide you in your discovery of the Landes. Of course, once at our place, it would be a shame not to enjoy the ocean ... Independent cottage, kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine (2 beds 140, 1 bed 90, 1 child's bed), washing machine, dishwasher, laptop, freezer, microwave, flat screen TV, wood stove, private enclosed land, covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, courtyard, electric heating, swing, bowling alley. 1st stere of free fireplace wood in low season. Cottage on old farm.

The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
