It features a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, both opening onto a terrace. Upstairs, the sleeping area features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Laundry facilities are open in July and August within the residence.
Free parking is available in front of the building.
Drip coffee machine and Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Shared heated swimming pool open from May 15, 2025 to October 15, 2025, depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance.
