Large cottage adjoining the owner, on the ground floor and first floor offering kitchen-living room, lounge, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms (3 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, 102 cm flat screen TV, blue-ray DVD player, WiFi, telephone. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room + 1 toilet. Ground floor, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with Italian shower + 1 toilet. Fridge-freezer combination. Baby mat: high chair, travel cot, bathtub. Cellar. Electric heating and insert fireplace, garden furniture, barbecue, veranda, swing, ping-pong table. Firewood offered. Private fenced land for the cottage of approximately 1500 m². Animal rate: €7/day/animal.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
