Located in a quiet area, close to the center of Soustons, with the cycle path 200m away, this independent holiday rental (located in a 1000m² enclosed property with the owner's home and another small gîte), is fitted out on one level and composed of a living room (2-seater sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD, WIFI), a kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 140x190 bed), a bathroom with shower, a toilet.

A private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and electric barbecue extends the interior living space.

Out of season, electric heating is included.

Parking is in the dead end in front of the property.
