A haven of peace, a dream location, just 7km from the ocean, beaches, the Vieux Boucau marine lake and 4km from the large Soustons lake with sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, rowing, fishing, tree climbing, sports fields, skatepark... Comfortable and relaxing cottage, ideally located to explore the coast, away from the crowds, in a popular area renowned for its calm and beauty between lake, ocean and forest, while being close to all amenities. A pretty house with swimming pool (to be shared with the owners on site) to relax and enjoy good times with family or friends on a wooded plot of 3500m2 with garden and orchard. Our vacation rental is independent and air-conditioned. Furnished on one level, it is composed of: - a living room of 32m2 with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer) - a bedroom of 12m2 with large closet and 1 bed 160x200 - a bedroom: 12m2 with closet and 2 beds 90x200 (can be arranged in a large double bed).
- a bathroom: large walk-in shower and washing machine - a separate toilet. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and water and electricity consumption are included. You also have access to a ping-pong table and pétanque. The swimming pool (10m x 3.5m, depth 1.40m) is shared with the owners. It is open from June to September depending on the weather and secured by an electric roller shutter. Its surroundings are tiled with deckchairs and garden furniture available.
