Welcome to our charming Soulacaise house, an old house, typical of the region. Completely renovated up to date while respecting the original architecture. With its 5 spacious bedrooms and modern amenities, this house is perfect for welcoming your family or friends for an unforgettable stay.

Upstairs you will find a small, comfortable bedroom with a 90 cm bed, ideal for children or guests. On the ground floor, the house has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. The dining room, with a magnificent glass roof overlooking the garden, offers a convivial space for sharing family meals. The large living room invites you to relax with its warm atmosphere. A bathroom with WC is also available on the ground floor.

The house includes two bedrooms with 160 cm beds, offering optimal comfort for resting after a busy day. The third bedroom is equipped with 90 cm bunk beds, perfect for children. Finally, the master suite has two 90 cm beds pushed together and a bathroom with WC, offering privacy and tranquility.

For even more flexibility, an outbuilding is also available, including a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at your disposal, as well as a bicycle storage room to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. A practical outdoor shower with hot water allows you to refresh yourself after a day at the beach.

The large shaded garden of 600m² thanks to 2 magnificent oak trees, in a quiet area, where the layout (Ferret style wooden terrace) and the comfortable furniture invite you to relax.

Located in Soulac-sur-Mer, our house is close to fine sandy beaches (300m), restaurants, shops and summer activities (400m). You can also discover the natural beauties of the region, such as the Cordouan lighthouse or the Médoc vineyards.
