Just 30 minutes from the ocean, we welcome you to Solférino, this small village full of history and references to the Napoleonic era, located in the heart of the Landes forest. Our independent cottage is composed of:
a living room with equipped kitchen (9-place dishwasher, combined oven grill and microwave, refrigerator with freezer),
lounge area (pellet stove, TV),
2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed, 2 single beds that can be presented as 1 double bed, 1 wooden child's bed), a shower room,
separate toilets, Equipment: washing machine, WIFI, electric heating at an additional cost. For your comfort, sheets and table linen and household products are included. A private covered terrace with garden furniture and an enclosed garden of 160m² with barbecue and badminton are at your disposal. 4 bicycles (2 adults and 2 children) are also provided. Although located about 250m from the railway line, this holiday rental benefits from a quiet environment facing the forest. Cleaning deposit 50€

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 litres of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Any excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating package during the period of use of the latter
