Description of the accommodation
Colonial Villa is one of the best and most exclusive villas with a private pool
in Catalonia, featuring a bohemian Ibiza-style decor.
The entrance to the house is located on the upper floor.
The first suite is directly in front of the entrance. It features a large
double bed and a full bathroom. A balcony runs along the first floor and
connects the rooms. Several tables and seating areas allow you to enjoy views
of the sea and the pool, which is two floors below.
The hallway leads to two additional bedrooms with double beds, a full
bathroom, and a bedroom with a single bed.
A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, as well
as a full bathroom.
A few more steps lead to the living room and dining area. The room has large
glass windows that light up the villa throughout the day and offer incredible
sea views.
At the end of the room is the sofa facing the TV, a large wooden table, and on
the other side, the open kitchen, which is fully equipped.
The windows open onto the balcony with a second dining area overlooking the
pool.
From the balcony, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is an
outdoor seating area with a sofa and coffee table.
Finally, a few steps lead to the outdoor infinity pool, surrounded by sun
loungers and umbrellas. A final dining table is situated by the pool, so you
can enjoy a meal by the water.
The exterior of the villa is its great advantage: the pool, the balconies,
and the various terraces with dining tables.
The pool is equipped with a sofa to relax beside it. An outdoor shower is also
available.

1. Payment Methods: You can make the payment through Vrbo with a Visa credit
card, with a 3% fee for the card payment. Alternatively, you have the option to
pay via bank transfer (free of charge).
2. Help Service: Vrbo’s help service is available with both payment methods.
3. Mandatory Cleaning: Each week of rental includes mandatory cleaning,
covering bed linens and pool and bath towels. If you book for two weeks, you
will need to pay for two cleanings, and so on.
4. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost of €380 at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours performed by 2 people
halfway through the stay at a cost of €80. Full final cleaning at the end of
the second week for €380.
- Stays of three weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings (one halfway through the first
week and another halfway through the second week), each costing €80. Full final
cleaning at the end of the third week for €380.
5. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day during the first 7 days of the booking.
6. Heating Supplement: During the low season, a heating supplement of €250
per week is applied.
7. Late Check-ins: Between 8:00 PM and midnight with a supplement of €45.
8. Late Check-ins After Midnight: From 11:59 PM with a supplement of €75.
9. Deposit: €2,000, refunded 7 days after departure.
10. Additional Cost: Throughout the year, the cost is €50 per person per day
for groups of 8 or more, or €150 per week. In June, July, and August, the
adjustment is €25 per person per day.
