for 18 people. The house is situated in an area encompassing beach, rural,
forested, urban, and mountainous landscapes, close to a tennis court and 2 km
from the beach, a 3-minute drive away.

Located centrally within its extensive landscaped grounds, this holiday home
with a private pool in Sitges spans three floors, ideal for families seeking
tranquility and nature, friends looking to share intimate and fun moments, or
groups wanting to explore a bustling city or lively village while sleeping in
peaceful surroundings surrounded by greenery and a comfortable house, with a
ground floor that provides direct access to the large private pool.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The accommodation offers ample
privacy, a wonderful private garden with lawn, a communal garden with lawn, a
marvelous pool, stunning views of the countryside and mountains, and beautiful
views of the valley, street, and other buildings.

We recommend having a car for easier transportation, but it is not essential.
Everything can be done on foot.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stays,
ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate
includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to
add additional services, here are the extra costs:

1. Cleaning Service:
- Up to one week: Final cleaning cost: €350 at the end of the stay.
- Two-week stays: Intermediate cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people,
mid-stay, cost €80. Full final cleaning: at the end of the second week, cost
€350.
- Three-week stays: Two intermediate cleanings (one mid-first week and one
mid-second week), each costing €80. Full final cleaning: at the end of the
third week, cost €350.
- One-month stays: Three intermediate cleanings: one at the end of each week,
each costing €80. Full final cleaning: at the end of the month, cost €350.

2. Tourist Tax:
- A tourist tax of €1 per adult per day applies for the first 7 days of stay.

3. Low Season (October 15th to April 15th):
- Heating/Gas/Electricity supplement: €300 per week, based on actual
consumption.

4. Monthly Stay in Low Season:
- Water, Electricity, and Gas expenses: €800, based on actual consumption.

5. Late check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: + €45.
- After 24:00: + €70.

6. Main Villa:
- Supplement of €20 per person per day for groups exceeding 10 people.

7. Annex House, maximum capacity for 4 people:
- Additional costs: €1,500 (house), €75 (cleaning), €100 (heating in low
season).

8. Special Rates from December 30th to January 1st:
- €1,000 for up to 10 people, plus additional costs for cleaning, heating,
tourist tax, and deposit.

9. Weekly Pet Supplement: €100.

10. Stays of 2, 3, 4 days: For stays from Saturday to Saturday. Special rates
apply for stays crossing two full weeks.

11. XXL Jacuzzi for 8 people at 36°C:
- €450 per week from April 15th to October 15th and €300 from October 15th to
April 15th.

12. Security deposit is €1250.
