ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need. Our basic rental
rate includes everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you
wish to add additional services, below are the extra costs for each:

1. We accept credit card payments with a 3% card commission surcharge. You
can also pay by bank transfer.

2. Cleaning costs: Stays up to one week: Cleaning cost: 350 € at the end of
the stay. Two-week stays: Intermediate cleaning: 2 hours, carried out by 2
people, in the middle of the stay, cost of 60 €. Final full cleaning: at the
end of the second week, cost of 350 €. Three-week stays: Two intermediate
cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and another in the middle of the
second week), each costing 60 €. Final full cleaning: at the end of the third
week, cost of 350 €. One-month stays: Three intermediate cleanings: one
intermediate cleaning at the end of each week, each costing 60 €. Final full
cleaning: at the end of the month, cost of 250 €.

3. Tourist tax: 1 € per adult per day during the first 7 days.

4. In the low winter season, water, electricity, and gas expenses are
calculated according to actual consumption, with a supplement of 300 € per week
for heating.

5. Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00 there is an additional cost of 45 €.

6. Late check-in: After 24:00 there is an additional cost of 70 €.

7. An additional supplement of 15 € per person per day applies from the
eighth guest.

8. There is a monthly supplement of 100 € for pets.
