ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental
rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However,
if you wish to add additional services, below we detail the extra costs for
each:

1. Payment with Visa Card incurs a 3% commission on the total.

2. Payment via Bank Transfer is accepted.

3. Assistance Service is available with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: Cleaning cost: €325 at the end of the stay.
- Two-week stays: Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 persons, halfway
through the stay, cost of €80. Full final cleaning: at the end of the second
week, cost of €350.
- Three-week stays: Two mid-stay cleanings (one halfway through the first
week and another halfway through the second week), each costing €80. Full final
cleaning: at the end of the third week, cost of €350.

5. A Tourist Tax of €1 per adult per day applies during the first 7 days of
stay.

6. In Low Season (October to April):
- Provision of €800 per month for water, electricity, and gas expenses, based
on actual consumption.
- For weekly stays in low season, the provision is €250 per month for water,
electricity, and gas expenses, based on actual consumption.

7. Option of Heated Pool at 25-30°C: Cost of €300 per week or stay (request
at least 10 days in advance). Adjusted based on actual consumption.

8. Late Check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: + €45.
- From 24:00 onwards: + €70.

9. A supplement of €100 per week applies for pets.

10. The security deposit is €800.
