- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost: €510 at the end of the stay (€726
if it is Sunday).
- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one halfway through the
first week and another halfway through the second week), each costing €120.
Final complete cleaning at the end of the third week, costing €510 (€726 if it
is Sunday).
- Stays of one month: Three intermediate cleanings: one intermediate cleaning
at the end of each week, each costing €120. Final complete cleaning at the end
of the month, costing €510 (€726 if it is Sunday).

5. Tourist tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.

6. In the low season (15/10 to 15/04):
- Additional cost of €50 per person per day starting from 8 people.

7. Late check-in: from 20:00 to 24:00. + €45

8. Late check-in: after 24:00. + €70

9. In the low season, from October to May, there will be a cost of €50 per
person per day starting from the eighth person.

10. A security deposit of €1500 is required.

11. Key collection: Someone will receive the guest at the property.

12. House Rules: No smoking, no pets, no parties/events.
