4. Final cleaning: cost 250 € / week. Mini intermediate cleaning: 80€.
5. Tourist tax: 1 € / Adult / Day for the first 7 days.
6. In winter low season: € 800 / Month for water expenses for monthly
bookings, electricity and gas based on actual consumption. Heating /
Electricity supplement € 300 / Week from October to April.
7. Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00. + 45 €
8. Late check-in: From 24:00. + 70 €.
9. In case the stay is less than 1 week, Weekly Villas will apply surcharges.
