- Stays up to one week: Final cleaning cost of €350 at the end of the stay.
- Two-week stays:
- Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people halfway through the stay,
costing €90.
- Final complete cleaning: At the end of the second week, costing €350.
- Three-week stays:
- Two mid-stay cleanings: One at the midpoint of the first week and another
at the midpoint of the second week, each costing €90.
- Final complete cleaning: At the end of the third week, costing €350.

3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.

4. Low Season:
- Water, electricity, and gas: €1,200, based on actual consumption.
- Heating supplement: €300 per week.

5. Heated Pool at 30ºC: €250 per week.

6. Late Check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: €45.
- After 24:00: €70.

7. Pets: Supplement of €100 per week.

8. Security Deposit: €1250.
