Villa Ilusión 10 Minutes from Sitges

Villa Sitges Ilusión requires a car. It is located in the "Las Colinas"
urbanization of Olivella. It is a 10-minute drive from Sitges and a 5-minute
drive from San Pere de Ribes. The urbanization is very residential.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and food shops are a 5-minute drive from the
villa. There is a nautical club with a bar, restaurant, and tennis courts a
10-minute walk away, but it is only open in summer.
A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa Ilusión through
vineyards and fields.

Ilusión can accommodate 16 people. The villa has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms,
spread over 3 floors.

Possibility to accommodate 28/30 people with the other 350m2 house we have
next door.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay,
ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate
includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to
add additional services, below are the extra costs for each of them:

1. Payment can be made with a Visa card, with an additional 3% commission.

2. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer, without any costs or
commissions.

3. The assistance service is available with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning Costs:
- For stays of up to one week, the cleaning cost is €350 at the end of the
stay.
- For stays of two weeks, an intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people is
carried out halfway through the stay, costing €80, and a full final cleaning at
the end of the second week for €350.
- For stays of one month, three intermediate cleanings are included (one
halfway through each week), each costing €80, and a full final cleaning at the
end of the last week for €350.

5. Tourist tax: €1/adult/day for the first 7 days.

6. Provision of €800/month for water, electricity, and gas expenses, based on
actual consumption.
- In the low season (from October to April), for weekly stays: Provision of
€250/month for water, electricity, and gas expenses, based on actual
consumption.

7. Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00, with an additional cost of €45.

8. Late check-in: After 24:00, with an additional cost of €70.

9. Supplement of €30/person per day for groups larger than 10 people.

10. The security deposit is €1000.
