Villa Sitges Lia is a very comfortable villa located a 10-minute drive from
Sitges, on the Costa Dorada, Spain.

The accommodation offers plenty of privacy, a wonderful garden with lawn (450
m2), an XL pool measuring 8 meters by 4 meters with an in-pool bench and
beautiful views of the valley.

The house is situated in the Mas Mestre urbanization, a coastal residential
area with magnificent views of the hills of Olivella, accommodating 8/10 people.

A magnificent road leads from Sitges to Villa Lia through vineyards and
fields.

The villa has 350 m2 and 5+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + outdoor shower + 1
toilet, spread over 2 floors.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO FEES AND PAYMENTS:

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stays,
ensuring that you only pay for the services you actually need. Our basic rental
rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However,
if you wish to add additional services, below we detail the extra costs for
each of them:

1. Payment Methods: Payment can be made by credit card (with a 3% surcharge)
or by bank transfer (without additional costs).

2. Cleaning Costs:
- For stays of up to one week, the cleaning cost is €350 at the end of the
stay.
- For stays of two weeks, an intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people is
carried out in the middle of the stay, at a cost of €90, and a final complete
cleaning at the end of the second week for €350.
- For stays of three weeks, two intermediate cleanings are included (one in
the middle of the first week and another in the middle of the second week),
each with a cost of €90, and a final complete cleaning at the end of the third
week for €350.

3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days (for those over 18
years old).

4. Low Season Supplements (October to April):
- 1-month stay: Supplement of €800 per month for water, electricity, and gas
according to actual consumption.
- Stay of 1 week or less: Supplement of €300 per week for heating,
electricity, and gas from October to March.

5. Supplement for Short Stays: Supplement of €250 for stays of 2 or 3 days
that include New Year's Eve.

6. June, July, August: €25 per person per day from 8 people.

7. Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00
- Check-out: by 10:00

8. Late Arrival:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: Supplement of €45.
- After midnight: Supplement of €70.
- Sunday or public holiday: €50.

9. Security Deposit: The deposit is €1000.
