Electric heating according to consumption. Available in the cottage: 2 baby beds (umbrella), a high chair, a booster seat and a bathtub.

Courtyard and enclosed garden of 2000 m². End-of-stay cleaning possible with supplement (charged obligatorily if animal and per animal). 2 pets allowed maximum: supplement of €5 per pet per day.

Ground floor accessible to disabled people. Gîte n° 627 nearby allowing the whole to be rented for a capacity of 16 people.
