Description of the accommodation

Between Cholet and Nantes, this seasonal rental created in 2022 will bring you all the comfort expected for your stay.

The terrace in front of the cottage is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha. Also available: pétanque court and a few bicycles (adults / teenagers). This private outdoor space gives access to the 25m² living room. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 8 people. Right next door is a 16m² living room with a corner sofa (convertible into a 2-person bed), armchair and television. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet as well as a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and television. A room with two 90x190cm beds, without windows, is also on the ground floor.

Upstairs you can accommodate 4 people thanks to the two small adjoining bedrooms: a first of 8.70m² with 2 beds of 90x190cm and a second of 8.50m² with a bed of 140x190cm and a small private bathroom (toilet, small vanity unit and shower).

This cottage can be rented at the same time as the Petit gîte de la Tiboire which can accommodate 6 people (ref H49G021249). The two cottages are adjoining and can be communicating on request.

At the foot of the cottage find the hiking trail leading to the Sèvre Nantaise. You will be located 15 minutes from Clisson, 20 minutes from Cholet, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 35 minutes from Nantes, and 1h30 from the Atlantic coast.

The famous Hellfest festival (second half of June) is located 15 minutes from the cottage by car.
