Between Cholet and Nantes, this seasonal rental created in 2022 will bring you all the comfort expected for your stay.

The 35m² terrace in front of the gîte is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a plancha. This private outdoor space gives access to the 33m² living room. There you will find an equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a living room with corner sofa and television.
On the ground floor: bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet as well as a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a small bedroom of 8.30m² with 2 beds of 90 x 190cm.
No towels provided. Large private parking secured by a gate. WiFi internet connection.

The gîte can be rented at the same time as the Grand gîte de la Tiboire which can accommodate 8 people (ref H49G021250). The two gîtes are adjoining and can be connected on request. A 36m² reception room is also accessible if you rent the whole thing.

At the foot of the gîte find the hiking path leading to the Sèvre Nantaise for beautiful walks. Puy du Fou is 30 minutes away.

During your stay, take the opportunity to discover the surrounding area with numerous visits and centers of interest: Nantes and the Machines of the Island, Clisson and the Italian city, Tiffauges and Bluebeard's castle, Cholet and the war museum of Vendée, Maulévrier and the Japanese garden, the zoological park of La Boissière du Doré, Camifolia in Chemillé in Anjou, then Angers. Not to mention the vineyards of Anjou and Muscadet!

You will be located 15 minutes from Clisson, 20 minutes from Cholet, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 35 minutes from Nantes, and 1h30 from the Atlantic coast.

The famous Hellfest festival in Clisson (second half of June) is located 15 minutes from the gîte by car.
