Between Nantes and Cholet, in the village of Saint Germain sur Moine, come and stay in this small old house of 75m² entirely on one level.

You will have the pleasure of reaching the many local shops on foot, in 4 minutes: bakery, mini-market, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, distributor of regional takeaway dishes or pizzas ...

And within a 20-minute drive, beautiful visits and activities are available to you: The Zoo of La Boissière du Doré, the village of Clisson, the Museum of Shoe Trades, the Ruche de Mary, horseback riding in the vineyard, the castle of Tiffauges ...

The Puy du Fou, the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier and Nantes are only 30 minutes away. The Atlantic coast and Angers are 1 hour away.

The cottage is composed of an entrance with dining area for 5 to 6 people, a new fully equipped and comfortable kitchen, a living room with television and small sofa, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140x190cm each, shower room and separate toilet. A small room of 6.70m² can accommodate 1 person in a bunk bed.

A small veranda allows you to enjoy the sun's rays as well as the south-facing outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecue.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning (€50), towels on request (€6 per person). Sheets included in the price and beds made. Fully enclosed grounds and parking for 3 to 4 vehicles. Baby equipment on request. Pets not allowed. Wifi internet connection.
