ABSTRACT:PARKING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. The apartment is in a Sevillian house, very quiet and bright. Its location in a quiet area of ​​the monumental area of ​​the city, make this apartment an ideal place to visit the city and also to rest.

ACCOMMODATION:Our apartment is two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed (1.50mx1.90m) and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.80mx 1.90m. Both bedrooms have a closet where you can leave your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave with grill. In the kitchen there is space for a table to eat. The living room has a comfortable sofa, table and television, where you can rest quietly. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:It is a Sevillian house that is organized around a patio where there is a fountain, with a distribution gallery. It has an elevator that connects with the first floor, which is where the apartment is located. Muy bonito departamento, limpio y bien equipado. En un edificio silencioso, que tiene el típico patio sevillano.La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de puntos clave.Fuimos en auto y el acceso a la cochera no estaba claro (es en el edificio de frente, y una cochera específica). Tener en cuenta que debe ser auto pequeño.El anfitrión fue siempre en formato virtual.

Perfecte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor een appartement met gratis parkeerplaats midden in het centrum van Sevilla. Perfect contact via app, middels extra info was inchecken eenvoudig.Let wel dat parkeren alleen mogelijk is als je met een compacte auto komt, steegjes en ingang van de parkeergarage is erg smal. Tevens erg dunne ramen waardoor je alles hoort wat op straat gebeurt, maar gelukkig ligt het in een rustige buurt waardoor overlast zeer beperkt is.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, en el centro prácticamente pero a la vez muy tranquilo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado con todas las necesidades básicas. Incluye también parking, lo cual es muy útil si vas a viajar en coche ya que cuesta mucho aparcar y conducir por Sevilla. !Muy recomendable y volveremos seguro!
