With 51m² of living space + 11m2 of glazed and ventilated loggia on top, this apartment will allow you to spend a very pleasant vacation. Living room with a corner sofa bed for 2 people, television and storage; a bedroom in the loggia with a bed for 2 people and storage; a 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and storage. Finally, the WC is separated from the bathroom (sink, bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Private parking n°65; closed by an automatic gate and guard within the residence. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €120 (contact us for details.)
