- New 3-room apartment with loggia + air conditioning - living room with television and sofa - fitted and equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cupboard) - two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm bunk beds + 1 90 cm bed - bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet with washing machine.
Secure private parking in the basement of the residence.
Optional services to be paid on site:
* rental of disposable fabric sheets from €15 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
* final cleaning fee from €90.
