Holiday rentals in Sète: Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) this pretty studio of approximately 16 m2 of living space, in the Corniche district, has a glazed loggia with an open, tree-lined view (5m2) with the sea in the second line. The start of the first beaches are 160 m away and the shops are 200 m away. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed (2 people), television, storage unit, cupboard; its kitchen area (electric hob, refrigerator, microwave). The bathroom includes shower, sink and WC. It is ventilated by a small window. A parking space closed by an automatic barrier is provided at number 56. Pets allowed (30€). Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
