Apartment located on the 7th floor (with elevator) of a residence with swimming pool (open from 06/15 to 09/15) you will benefit from an unobstructed aerial view of the Etang de Thau. The beaches are 1.9 km away and the shops are 1 km away. At the foot of Mont Saint-Clair. The apartment consists of an entrance opening onto the living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), storage and kitchen area open to the living room (induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator), a bedroom with a 140 bed and storage cupboards. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, washing machine and toilet. Pleasant 5m² glazed loggia with garden furniture and a 180° view of the pond. Very pleasant for lunch. The apartment has a closed garage measuring: L 4.9m x W 2.3m x H 1.9m, bearing number 104. Animals not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
