Holiday Rental in Sète: Studio cabin of 23.05 m2 located in a quiet residence, with shared swimming pool (swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15.) From its glazed loggia it has a beautiful view of the sea. Located on the 5th floor with elevator. The beach is 2.1 km away and shops 50m away. Residence a few steps from the fishing port of Sète.
At the entrance to the apartment you have an airy cabin with 2 bunk beds. The living room consists of a sofa bed (for two people), storage space and a flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with (2 ceramic hobs, a fridge/freezer and a microwave oven.) The bathroom (basin, shower and storage) is separate from the WC. Apartment classified "1 star for 4 people".
Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
