It has a pleasant glazed loggia of 10 m2 (with garden furniture) with a clear view on Mont Saint-Clair. The beaches are 300 m away and shops nearby. It faces east.
In the living room, there is a double sofa bed and a kitchen area (with 2 electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine). The separate cabin area is made up of 2 bunk beds. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the WC. Pets not allowed.
