Description of the accommodation

Holiday rental in Sète: Located on the first floor, studio-cabin of approximately 20 m2 of living space, with a large terrace which has a frontline view of the canal and then the sea. Very pleasant...
The beaches are 100 m away and the shops 100 m away.
The living room is composed of a kitchen area with two hotplates, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a double sofa bed, TV. In the cabin area, there are 2 bunk beds. The WC is separated from the bathroom (shower).
Bicycle storage in the residence and a parking space is provided at number 77. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
To be paid on arrival, tourist tax (5.5% of the price of the stay) and security deposit (300€) by card.

Le cadre était magnifique, à proximité des commerces, des plages et de terrains de pétanque. La place au balcon et la terrasse permettent d'apprécier la vie estivale (notamment les spectacles de joutes lors de notre séjour).Toutefois, parmi les points negatifs que nous ne pouvons ignorer, les plaques à disposition ne chauffaient pas suffisamment pour la préparation des repas.Concernant le mobilier de la salle de bain, certains éléments étaient defaillant (porte serviette + rangement du tuyau de la douche).Globalement nous conseillons ce logement.
