Holiday rental in Sète: Pretty two-room apartment of 30 m2 with a beautiful terrace of 6 m2, offering a sea view. The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor. The beaches are in front of the residence (50m). Shops are 500m away. Particularly well equipped, this apartment has a double sofa bed in the living room, a television and a kitchen area (with 2 hotplates, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine). In the bedroom, there is a bed for 2 people and a wardrobe. The residence is very pleasant and wooded.
A parking space is provided for this apartment at No. 112, closed by an electric gate. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
