South-East orientation on the 3rd floor with elevator. His view is clear. This apartment includes a living room (sofa bed, TV, storage) with equipped kitchen area (electric hob, fridge-freezer, mini oven, microwave and kitchenware. Renovated shower room and separate WC. Bedroom with 1 bed 2 people. Shared parking and private tennis court. Have your rackets! Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
