Vacation Rental in Sète: In a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), close to shops and the beach, Villeroy district, magnificent 4-room apartment, on the top floor with elevator facing East/South and West. This comfortable apartment has a very large terrace of 69m², with a lovely open view, sea view and view of the Thau basin. In the living room you will have a sofa, TV, storage, internet access. A kitchen open to the living room (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher), a master suite with its bathroom (shower and sink), a 160 bed and storage, the 2nd bedroom has a 140 bed and storage, the 3rd bedroom: 2 90 beds, storage and a desk. A bathroom (bathtub, double sink) separate from the toilet (with washing machine). Fully air-conditioned apartment with a private parking space secured by an automatic gate. 3* apartment for 6 people. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (details contact us)

Gute Lage und gut eingerichtet.

Insgesamt eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung in absoluter Strandnähe (ca. 300 Meter), mit sehr großer und schöner Terrasse. Einzig der Umstand, dass es nur eine Toilette gibt, die über kein Fenster verfügt und nur über einen nicht wirklich gut funktionierenden Abzug belüftet wird führt zu nur 4 Sternen.
