Holiday Rental in Sète: Nice 2 room apartment of 25m² located in a residence facing the sea with shared swimming pool (swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15). From its terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea. Located on the 6th floor with elevator. The beach is 1.4 km away and shops 50m away. Residence a few steps from the fishing port of Sète.
The apartment has an airy bedroom with a 140 bed for 2 people. The living room consists of a sofa bed (for two people), TV, storage space. The kitchenette is equipped (electric hob, fridge, washing machine, mini-oven and microwave, toaster). The bathroom (sink, bathtub) is separate from the WC. The apartment has a closed garage in the basement bearing number 302 with dimensions 2m l x 5m l x 1m80 h.
