Holiday rentals in Sète: Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this two-room apartment with 27 m2 of living space and an 8m2 loggia with a view of Mont St Clair. It faces east. The beaches are 200 m away and shops nearby.
Very well equipped, the living room is composed of a kitchen area redone in 2019 (with 3 induction, fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine and microwave), a sofa bed for 2 people and TV. In the bedroom, you will find a 140 bed and a storage cupboard. As for the bathroom, it consists of a bathtub and a sink. The toilets are separate.
A parking space closed by a gate is provided at number B11. Animals not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
