It consists of: living room with sofa (not convertible) and television opening onto a pretty terrace facing southwest with a view of the sea and the Lazaret beach

- bedroom with double bed 140 with access to the terrace
- a cabin with a single bed 90 and storage,
- bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet
