Holiday rental in Sète: This 30m² apartment is located 500 m from the beach, on the garden level, of a residence made up of a group of small villas. In the living room, you will find a sofa, an LCD television and an equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine). In the bedroom, you will find a 140 bed and a closet. In the airy cabin there are 2 bunk beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom (bath, sink) is separate from the WC.
You will also have a terrace adjoining the apartment with garden table and chairs, an electric blind and a storeroom. A parking space is provided at number 411, in this residence with caretaker. It is closed by an automatic barrier. Pets allowed: €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
