Vacation rental in Sète: Nice studio-mezzanine of 20m² of living space (without the mezzanine) and a terrace of 8m² with a view of the sea and Mont Saint-Clair. Located on the top floor (with elevator.) It faces South-East. The beaches are 150 m away and the shops are nearby. The living room is composed of a kitchen area (with two ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, washing machine, dishwasher), a sofa, a television and WIFI. The cabin is separate and airy with a double bed and a storage cupboard. The mezzanine is equipped with two single beds (be careful, low-ceilinged mezzanine). As for the bathroom, it consists of a shower, a sink and a toilet. Private parking space at n°62. Pets allowed (€30). Late arrival possible: €50 (details contact us.)
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini wifi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
